His once unremarkable appearance morphed into something straight out of a legend—his silver hair gleaming like the moonlight. “What the hell is going on?!” I screamed as the life I knew crumbled into dust. And then, gripping his now-radiant staff with the confidence of a man who had nothing to fear, my father—no, this mysterious warrior—snarled with a voice that chilled me to my core: “Give me back my daughter, you bastard.” My unassuming, extra life was shattered in an instant.
